Gala Details

Location

ASW Annual Gala 2025 will take place at the school campus as it presents the most fitting location for celebrating innovative learning taking place at school and new spaces unlocking new potential.

The campus is located at Warszawska 202, Bielawa, 05-520 Konstancin-Jeziorna.

Time & Date

ASW Annual Gala 2025 will take place on Saturday the 24th of May 2025. The doors will be opened at 6 PM CET, bringing together the ASW community of parents, alumni, current and past faculty and staff.

Guests are advised to arrive between 6:00 and 6:30 PM CET taking into account travel time to the ASW campus.

Format & Dress Code

ASW Annual gala 2025 will be held as a buffet with a dedicated program to celebrate students' learning, impact, and continuous work.

We’re aiming for fun, relaxed elegance this year. That could be a cocktail dress, smart-casual suit, or something with sparkle. Whatever makes you feel festive and fabulous!
